Chef Nicola was passionate about the culinary arts from his early childhood. He would spend time with his grandmother making pasta, pizza, and desserts from scratch in her basement. This built the foundation of learning the traditional Italian cooking methods passed down from generations before. 

Now he has created his brand so he can offer his pasta to a broader market and further expand his line of products to include handmade cookies and biscotti.
