Claysole is a marketplace platform connecting customers with sellers, selling cultural products, food, and services. Our goal is to make it easy to find authentic cultural goods while supporting local businesses.
Who can use Claysole?
Anyone can shop on Claysole! Sellers from around the world can also sell on the platform, whether they are individuals or businesses. However, we are onboarding sellers one culture at a time to ensure a clean and structured platform. Check out our News blogs for announcements on which culture is next!
Is Claysole available internationally?
Yes! Customers and sellers from different countries can use Claysole. However, shipping to specific countries may vary based on the seller.
Do I need an account to use Claysole?
To shop: No, but having an account lets you track orders and save favorites. To sell: Yes, all sellers need an account to list and manage products.
What types of products are sold on Claysole?
Claysole specializes in cultural and ethnic products, including traditional clothing, handmade crafts, cultural foods, home decor, accessories, and services such as beauty and wellness.
Can I sell non-cultures items?
Claysole Marketplace focuses on cultural and ethnic products, so all items listed must have a connection to a specific culture, tradition, or community. However, if you are an ethnic vendor, you can sell non-traditional items under categories like Clothing & Apparel, Home & Living, or Beauty & Wellness, as long as they align with Claysole's mission of supporting ethnic businesses. If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, please check our Seller Guidelines or contact Claysole Support for approval.
How do I start selling on Claysole?
Sign up as a seller by clicking on "Become a Seller", set up your shop, list your products, and start selling! We provide tools to help you manage orders and payments. We verify every sellers and products before it is live on our platform.
Are there any fees to sell on Claysole?
Sellers pay a 7% commission fee per sale, a payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), and a $10/month shop fee to keep their store active. Our fee is very low compared to other marketplaces!
Does Claysole handle shipping?
No, sellers are responsible for setting up and managing their shipping. Each seller can decide if their product will be free shipping or not. Customers will see shipping details on each product page.
Can you train me how to use Claysole?
Absolutely! Upon being approved to sell on Claysole, we will have a group video webinar of training, to show you how to add products, set up your shop, and more!
Although this will be a group webinar, you will not be shown to others. We will allow questions and answers towards the end, where you can type in your question and we will help answer
How do I list my products?
Sellers can add products through their dashboard. Make sure to follow Claysole's image and listing guidelines for approval. Every product will undergo verification before it is approved, to ensure products are clean and easy to find for customers worldwide!
How do I support small businesses on Claysole?

How do I place an order?
It's super simple!
- Browse products, add to cart, and check out.
- Choose a payment method and enter your shipping details.
- Receive an order confirmation and tracking updates when the vendor ships your item.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Contact the vendor immediately if you need to cancel.
How do I contact a seller?
Each seller has a contact button on their shop page, where you can message them about products before purchasing.
Can I return an item?
Returns depend on the seller's policy. Check the product page for details or contact the seller directly before placing an order.
