Sellers Shipping Policy

Sellers are responsible for the packaging and delivery of all items sold through Claysole. While you may utilize third-party fulfillment services, it is important to remember that you are ultimately accountable for ensuring that each buyer receives their order in a timely manner.

By selling on Claysole, you agree to the following terms:

A. Shipping Information:

You must provide an accurate and up-to-date "ships from" address for your store. This information should be clearly listed in your product details.

B. Shipping Costs & Processing Times:

Clearly state the shipping fees and processing times for each listing. Ensure these details reflect the actual cost of shipping and the expected time frame for order fulfillment.

C. Timely Shipping:

Ship all orders promptly after they are placed. Orders must be dispatched within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in your processing times or agreed upon with the buyer via direct communication. Any changes to processing times must be confirmed with the buyer prior to shipment.

D. Legal Compliance:

You must comply with all relevant local and international shipping and customs regulations. Ensure you’re familiar with customs procedures, especially for international shipments, and adhere to all requirements.

E. Shipping Address:

Ship to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. It is your responsibility to verify the shipping address and ensure it is accurate before dispatching the order.

F. Order Status Updates:

Mark your order as shipped as soon as the package leaves your possession. Using a shipping label purchased through Claysole will automatically update the order status. You are only permitted to mark an order as shipped once it has been dispatched, and a notification will be sent to the buyer.

G. Shipping Fees:

Ensure that shipping charges are accurate and fair for the items being sold. Sellers may opt to offer free shipping or use an automatic shipping calculator for precise rates.

H. Tracking Information:

By entering tracking data or delivery confirmation for an order, you authorize Claysole to share this information with the buyer, ensuring transparency throughout the shipping process.

In the rare instance that an order is not delivered, you must provide valid proof of shipment. This proof should confirm the item was dispatched and delivered to the address provided by the buyer. If a buyer files a claim for a non-delivered order, it is important to be prepared to resolve the situation according to Claysole’s policies.

Claysole provides support to sellers who adhere to our requirements and participate in our Purchase Protection Program. For more details about how the program works, please refer to Claysole’s Purchase Protection guidelines for sellers.
