Pisqueya [pees-keh-yah] is a celebration of my family's culinary legacy and the vibrant flavors of Latin-Caribbean cuisine. Our journey began at Puerto Viejo, my parents’ Brooklyn restaurant and the oldest Dominican restaurant in NYC, where our community flourished around the authentic tastes of home.

Our line of all-natural sauces and seasonings honors the spirit of togetherness and expands the representation of Latin-Caribbean cuisine in the global food market, inviting everyone to experience the warmth and richness of our flavors.
